Abstract / Summary

In these poems Rupert Loydell finds music in the most mundane parts of everyday language available to us. Instruction manuals, technical handbooks and newspeak collide to produce strange, complex texts whose exact meaning is hard to pin down, but whose coercive and questioning power is unmistakeable.
