48 Summers

48 Summers is a distributed artwork, and a healing ritual made manifest over a number of years through everyday activities such as bead making, planting and drying flowers and also as a series of prints and a video (2'59" with sound).

It is one of a number of spells and rituals conceived as non-painting that bring together elements such as herbs, fragile protocols, everyday performances, shadow concepts and lists of instability.
