Abstract / Summary
This was a workshop using masks and sociodrama as pedagogy for helping learners to learn to manage diversity in personality preferences. This was an invited workshop, as part of the European Association for Practitioner Research for Improving Learning (EAPRIL) conference 2016, in Porto, Portugal. The workshop uses masks representing Jungian sets of psychological personality preferences and sociodrama method, as pedagogy to help learners learn about diversity of personality differences through embodied experiential learning. It also uses this pedagogical approach to help learners to generate and experiment with strategies for managing diversity of personality differences in themselves and in their interactions with others.
This was very much a practice-based experiential learning workshop, but some powerpoint slides are uploaded to give some idea of the activities and content that made up the workshop.
