An artist presentation of the film 'Hoover Diaries' (2015) by Amanda Newall and Dr Antti Sakari Saario at the 21st International Symposium of Electronic Art, Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada.

The presentation covered the devising process and principles of this 'anti-documentary', with particular focus on the relationship between sound and image.
