Abstract / Summary
AEME delivered an academic panel at Green Event Innovations 15 (GEI15) with A Greener Festival. The 1-hour panel considered ‘Moving forward sustainability theory, research and practice'.
GEI15 is delivered in partnership with the International Live Music Conference following GEI14.
The AEME branded panel was chaired by Adrian Bossey. The panel included academics from 4 AEME member institutions: Falmouth University, Edinburgh Napier University, Glasgow Caledonian University and University of West of England. Their research into music festivals/events covered the 3 pillars of sustainability, in order to ensure coverage across social, environmental and economic sustainability
